Why Hire a Licensed Pro
Kitchen demo looks straightforward until you hit the unexpected — asbestos floor tile in a pre-1980 home, a gas line that wasn't capped, plumbing connections that weren't flagged on the renovation plan. We pre-screen for hazardous materials, coordinate with your plumber and electrician on timing, and work around your renovation schedule. Debris out the same day where possible. Your GC starts with a clean, code-compliant space.

Yes. We haul old appliances to licensed recycling. Working units we'll set aside for donation if you prefer — just say so.
Usually no for non-structural demo. Yes if walls are coming down — we handle the permit if it's needed.
We stop, test, and bring in our licensed abatement team. Pre-1980 vinyl tile frequently contains asbestos — disturbing it without testing is illegal. We handle it in-house, no subcontractors.
